Payment must be made at the time of booking or upon service completion (as applicable).
We may offer partial advance payment for booking confirmation.
We do not store full credit/debit card details.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled within a reasonable time.
Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
If our team must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer rescheduling or a refund (if applicable).

Clients must:
Provide a safe, clean environment for services
Treat staff with respect

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
